Women can help themselves, as well as others, at a self-defense seminar on Saturday, October 22 from 2:30-4:30pm at Elite MMA, 10640 Westheimer (Westchase area).
Women 18 and over are welcome to come and learn some basic self defense moves from Hai Ngugen, member of the U.S. Masters Martial Arts Hall of Fame and co-owner of Elite MMA.
The seminar will benefit Baytown ’s New Horizon Family Center, which helps victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. DONATIONS OF ANY AMOUNT to this important charity will be accepted at the seminar in lieu of an entry fee.
