Many of you are aware that my family has many dietary needs that are different from other families. One of the restrictions, cutting Gluten from our diet because Celiac disease runs in our family. This is a hard thing to do slashing all the gluten from our diet. That includes bread, bagels, donuts, crackers, muffins, cakes, all items breaded, and anything at all that contains wheat or flour. Before getting this book, I did not realize all the options for substituting gluten in cooking nor did I realize the amount of items with Hidden Gluten. The book has been extremely helpful in providing useful information. It has really helped me and my family get into the habit of reading labels and looking for the items that everyone in the household can eat.
In addition to the great information, the recipes are easy and delicious.
