– 3 cups fresh basil leaves, packed
– 1 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese (can substitute Parmesan cheese)
– 6 cloves garlic, peeled
– 3/4 cup olive oil
– 1/2 cup walnuts or 1/4 cup pine nuts (walnuts are less expensive and have many health benefits)
