I needed to got to Hobby Lobby today to look at the prices of shadow boxes for an upcoming project.
While there, I came across scrap ribbon in bags for only $1.99 each.
In each bag, there are 15 different colors and types of ribbon – 2 yards each.
This is enough for me to make three hairbows out of each 2 yards of ribbon.
Now, you will see every little girl we know with a new hairbow!
