I simplify by planning ahead. I plan everything out the night before.

We have a deadline to be ready to walk out the door 15 minutes before the scheduled time to leave. That way if anything is forgotten we still have time to get it done.

Hi, I make pancakes on a Sunday but during the week it's just cereal with fruit or a bagel.I am glad I subscribed to your blog.

Taking care of a terminally ill, elderly mother-in-law has its challenges, so simplification is key. I prepare the coffee pot the night before so all I have to do is flick a switch. The night before I decide what I'm going to fix and get out any dry ingredients, bowls, plates, etc. This makes for less thinking in the morning.
