At TXU Energy, we’re celebrating five years of giving our customers cash back through the TXU Energy Cash Back Loyalty Reward program.
Basically, participating customers earn up to 3% or more cash back on their annual electricity purchases, and they receive it via a Visa prepaid card. As of this year’s distribution, we have given more than $100 million back to our customers in cash back. This year, alone, we have sent hundreds of thousands of customers a total of more than $36 million.
