TXU Energy Turkey Trot benefitting Sheltering Arms Senior Services. This is the event’s 20th anniversary, as well as the 20thanniversary of the Sheltering Arms Senior Services day center.
The TXU Energy Turkey Trot offers competitive runners a great warm-up for upcoming marathons. It also provides non-competitive runners and families the opportunity to make great memories while also making a valuable community investment at the start of the holiday season. All of the money from sponsors, registrations and participants’ fund-raising stays in Houston and is used by Sheltering Arms Senior Services for a wide range of senior services.
