Wow! Today was a busy day. Spanish class from 10 to 1, swimming lessons from 2 to 3 and then gymnastics 5:45 to 6:45. Dinner out at 7pm.
Oh! Almost forgot to mention that I stopped by Walgreens to pick up a RX. While there, I decided to test a few double dip deals. I mean, using two Walgreens coupons and a manufacturer coupon on the same item. Yes, it sounds wild, but Walgreens coupon policy allows the use of store coupons (in ad coupons & Walgreens August Coupon Book) and manufacturer coupons on the same items.
Here is what I got and how you can do the same:
Visine Eye Drops (.5 oz.) On Sale $3.99
Use $1.00/1 Visine Coupon (6/13 Red Plum)
+PLUS+
Use $2.00/1 Coupon in this weeks Walgreens Sales Ad
+PLUS+
Use $2.00/1 Coupon Found in the Walgreens August Coupon Book
FINAL PRICE = FREE + Overage
Benadryl 48 Count (rang up for $9.49?)
Use $1.50 Printable Coupon
+PLUS+
Use $3.00/1 Coupon in this weeks Walgreens Sales Ad
+PLUS+
Use $3.00/1 Coupon Found in the Walgreens August Coupon Book
FINAL PRICE = $1.99 to FREE
When I have a free moment I will stop by Walgreens and do the Visine deal again and use the $2.00 Overage combined with the Listerine Deal Below:
Listerine Total Care, Advanced or Natural Citrus (1 liter), Whitening Plus Restoring (16 oz) $5.99
Use $1.00/1 Coupon (8/1 SS) or (5/26 RP)
+PLUS+
Use $2/1 Coupon in this weeks Walgreens Sales Ad
+PLUS+
Use $2.00/1 Coupon Found in the Walgreens August Coupon Book
FINAL PRICE = $.99
Also Bought 9 cent (10 pack) pencils and 19 cent (6 pack) Highlighters
NOTE: To avoid the cash register beeping:
Hand over the manufacturer coupons first, then the in ad coupons and finally the August Coupon Book Coupons
Happy Shopping! I really enjoy this time of year!
@ Walgreens in Pasadena @ s. richey they do not allow that process of coupons. 🙁 they will actually void the entire transaction to put wags Q first. So dont go there lol
Good to know. Thanks!
