Summer seems right around the corner with this grilled chicken!

[recipe title=”Secret Sauce Chicken” servings=”8″ time=”15 minutes to prep; 8 hours to marinate; 30 minutes to cook” difficulty=”easy” description=”This chicken brings a flavorful taste of summer.”][recipe-notes]Credit: SmileJenna at allrecipescom[/recipe-notes]
[recipe-ingredients]
– 2 8 oz. bottles of Italian Dressing
– 1/2 cup soy sauce
– 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
– 10 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon ground mustard
– 1 teaspoon ground ginger
– 1/3 cup brown sugar
– 4 lbs. bone-in chicken breasts
– oil for grill grate

[/recipe-ingredients][recipe-directions]

1. In a large container, mix the Italian dressing, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, mustard, ginger, and brown sugar. Place chicken in the container and marinate in the refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.
2. Preheat grill for high heat.
3. Lightly oil grill grate. Discard marinade and place chicken on grill. Cook 30 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear. Smaller parts will be done more quickly.

One of the most amazing side dishes you will grill this season!

[recipe title=”Caramelized Brown Sugar Pineapple” servings=”4-6″ time=”20 minutes” difficulty=”easy” description=”Pineapple spears coated in a buttery brown sugar cinnamon glaze caramelized on the grill! .”][recipe-notes]Credit: Alyssa Rivers at therecipecritic.com[/recipe-notes]
[recipe-ingredients]
– 1 pineapple cut into spears
– 1/2 cup brown sugar
– 1/2 cup butter, melted
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
[/recipe-ingredients][recipe-directions]

  1. Lay the pineapple spears on a pan. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Whisk together the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. (If it seems thick, I always put it in the microwave for a few seconds so that it can easily pour on top of the pineapple.) Spread on top of the pineapple.
  2. Grill for about 7-10 minutes or until it is starting to turn golden brown. I always like to brush the excess sauce from the pan back on top of the pineapple before serving.

Take salmon to the next level with this flaky and flavorful fish cooked in foil for an easy clean up.

[recipe title=”Baked Parmesan Garlic Herb Salmon” servings=”4-6″ time=”25 minutes” difficulty=”easy” description=”Salmon that is baked in foil and brushed in a Parmesan Garlic Herb Marinade. It seals in the amazing flavor and cooks the salmon to tender and flaky perfection!”][recipe-notes]Credit: Alyssa Rivers at therecipecritic.com[/recipe-notes]
[recipe-ingredients]
– 1½ pound salmon of choice
– 3 Tablespoons butter
– 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
– ½ teaspoon Italian Seasoning
– ½ teaspoon salt
– ¼ teaspoon pepper
– 2 Tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
[/recipe-ingredients][recipe-directions]

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Lay out a piece of foil long enough to fold up the salmon inside. In a small saucepan over medium heat melt the butter. Remove from heat and add lemon juice, garlic, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
2. Place the salmon skin side down on the foil. Brush with the garlic butter marinade. Sprinkle the fresh parsley on top. Fold up the edges of the foil and wrap and seal the salmon inside.
3. Place in the oven and bake for 13-15 minutes or until the salmon is firm. Unwrap the top of the salmon and broil the top for 2-3 minutes watching closely so that it doesn’t burn. Remove from the oven and garnish with additional chopped parsley and sprinkle with additional parmesan if desired.
Recipe Notes
– If you don’t have Italian seasoning, you can substitute equal parts of dried oregano, dried basil and dried thyme.
– Make sure your pan is oven safe to 400 degrees.
